directly on the stone floor of our wood fired oven, producing a hint of smokiness.
This traditional cooking method eliminates the need for excess oils,
and ensures that your woodfired pizza has an extra crunch factor, with a light fluffy interior.
It is our aim to share with you our passion for fine food and specialty produce
and we strongly support small local producers and suppliers.
We prepare all our own sauces, and use only the finest ingredients to make our wood fired pizzas
